Any natural or legal person placing an order with Aspire Academy Oy via our secure payment platform is considered a "client."

Article 1a: Age Guidelines
IELTS Fastlane’s digital products are designed for all individuals preparing for the IELTS exam. While there is no strict age restriction for purchasing the products, customers under the age of 16 are encouraged to seek the guidance of a parent or guardian when making a purchase.

Article 2: Orders
By placing an order on our website, you confirm your full acceptance of these terms and conditions without reservation. All orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment and will be fulfilled in accordance with these terms.

Article 3: Pricing
All prices are listed in USD and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Aspire Academy Oy reserves the right to modify prices at any time. However, the price charged will be the one indicated at the time of the order.

Article 4: Payment
Full payment is required at the time of purchase, including for pre-orders. Payments can be made via credit or debit cards through our secure payment gateway, Stripe. Stripe ensures the encryption and secure transmission of your payment data. Aspire Academy Oy cannot be held liable for issues arising from the payment system.

Article 5: Delivery of Digital Products
Ebooks and other digital products purchased from IELTS Fastlane are delivered electronically. Upon payment confirmation, you will receive a download link via email. Please ensure that the email address provided at checkout is correct. Aspire Academy Oy is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect email information.

Article 6: Refund Policy
Ebooks are non-refundable. This policy is in place because ebooks are digital products that cannot be returned once accessed or downloaded. Aspire Academy Oy does not provide refunds for ebooks, consultations, or downloadable content.

Article 7: Disclaimer
IELTS Fastlane provides materials, strategies, and best practices to help students prepare for the IELTS exam. However, we do not guarantee specific results.

Your results depend on several factors, including but not limited to your individual effort, study habits, language proficiency, and consistency in applying the techniques taught in our materials.
Any claims, such as "Band 7.5 in 7 days," are based on results achieved by some of our past students and are provided as examples of what can be accomplished. However, these results may not be representative of every student’s experience. Aspire Academy Oy does not warrant or guarantee that you will achieve the same outcomes.

Article 8: Intellectual Property and Usage Restrictions
All content, including ebooks and course materials, is the intellectual property of Aspire Academy Oy.

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the materials for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Sharing, distributing, or reproducing the materials in any form without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

Article 9: Limitation of Liability
Aspire Academy Oy is not liable for:

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Finnish courts.
